We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and invoice recovery case details (client names, invoice amounts, work descriptions). We also collect payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store raw card data). We automatically collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; generate AI-powered emails and demand letters; process payments; send transactional emails; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your case details (work descriptions, invoice amounts, client information) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate emails and demand letters. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data. Do not include sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for invoice recovery.
We use the following third-party services: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database hosting, and Anthropic for AI generation. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
We retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a case, it is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and encrypted database storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
