You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Recoup offers a free tier and paid plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions will be charged automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to: harass, threaten, or intimidate any person; generate false or fraudulent claims; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or misrepresent your identity or the nature of any dispute.

Recoup's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
